Chapter 4 Advanced Configuration with the Web-based Utility 21 Wireless-G Internet Home Monitoring Camera Setup > Basic TheSetup > Basic screen allows you to alter the Camera’s c Device settings, Network settings, Wireless settings, and Security settings. Setup > Basic Screenc Device Settings Device IDThis is the Camera name that is used by the Camera and the Utility to exchange data. Camera NameYou may assign the Camera any name up to 15 characters long. Unique, memorable names are helpful, especially if you use multiple Cameras on the same wireless network. DescriptionEnter information about the Camera in this field. You can enter up to 32 characters. Enable LCD and LED OperationsThis feature allows you to enable or disable the Camera’s LCD and LEDs. Current Date/TimeThis is the Camera’s current date and time. To change it, click Change, and theSet Date/ Time screen appears. To use the computer’s date and time, click Sync with PC; otherwise, update the date and time and click Set New Time. Then, click Close. Set Date/Time Screen Time ZoneSelect the time zone for the Camera’s location. Adjust for Daylight Saving TimeSelect this to adjust the Camera’s current time for Daylight Saving Time.
