National Technical Systems TCB 41039 Boyce Road Fremont, CA, 94538 RE: FCC ID: QGZB3000N; IC: 4362A-B3000N, model: B3000n To whom it may concern: The enclosed documents constitute a formal submittal and application for Equipment Authorization for a wireless communication badge pursuant to the following rules: Subpart C of Part 15 of FCC Rules (CFR 47) Subpart E of Part 15 of FCC Rules (CFR 47) , UNII Devices RSS-Gen Issue 2, June 2007, “General Requirements and Information for the Certification of Radiocommunication Equipment” RSS-210, Issue 7, June 2007, “Low-power Licence-exempt Radiocommunication Devices (All Frequency Bands): Category I Equipment” The device supports 802.11abgn and Bluetooth 2.1. In the 5GHz DFS bands, it operates as a client device only. It would be used in a portable use condition, so a SAR report has been provided to address RF exposure requirements. Note, the rated powers in the SAR report exceed the final regulatory power levels detailed in the RF reports. This represented a worse case SAR value. National Technical Systems, as duly authorized agent prepared this submittal. A copy of the letter of our appointment as agent is included with the application.
