Licensee shall place the “Freespace®” logo on all Licensed Product as described in this Exhibit B, provided that if Licensee manufactures Licensed Products as a contract manufacturer for a Third Party, this obligation shall be satisfied so long as Licensee uses commercially reasonable efforts to incorporate the “Freespace®” logo on Licensed Products manufactured for such Third Party. 2. The “Freespace®” logo will be placed on Licensed Products either (a) using depressed or recessed letters and symbols that are molded into the plastic part at the time it is injection molded or (b) using an adhesive decal of quality reasonably acceptable to Hillcrest or (c) pad printing (painting) the plastic part in a manner reasonably acceptable to Hillcrest. 3. The “Freespace®” logo image shall be 15.0 mm x 4.39 mm, or proportionally larger. An actual artwork image is available from Hillcrest. 4. Licensee shall use the terms “Freespace® technology” and/or “Freespace® motion control” in its marketing and public relations materials to identify the specific in-air pointing technology used in the Licensed Products. 5.
