Instruction manual to teach a new transmitter’s code to a receiver The user’s manual applies to the following units: Transmitter FCC ID: R932039010 IC: 6268A-2039010 Model Number: 2039-010 Receiver FCC ID: R932039500 IC: 6268A-2039500 Model Number: 2039-500 Product Description The FreeRein™ wireless control system includes a receiver box with either two or four outputs and a transmitter requiring a single CR2032 coin cell. The system is designed for 12- 24volt DC systems only. 1. Physically attach the receiver box*, if not already done. 2. Make sure the power line of the receiver is disconnected. 3. Press and hold any of the transmitter’s buttons and simultaneously reconnect the power line of the receiver to the 12V power source. 4. There will be an audible click in the relay if the receiver has learned the new transmitter’s code.**. 5. The device is activated and ready for use. 6. Refer to the diagram for electrical connections. *Note: For optimum performance affix the receiver box as far away from electric noise as possible. (Example: Electric motors) **Note: A receiver can learn the code for and be controlled by up to four different transmitters. (Not controlled simultaneously, however) FCC and IC Compliance This device complies with part 15 of the FCC rules and RSS-210 of the IC. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. The bandwidth of the spectrum analyzer was 100 kHz with an appropriate sweep speed. The analyzer was calibrated in dB above a microvolt at the output of the antenna. The video bandwidth was always greater than or equal to the RBW. Formula Of Conversion Factors: The field strength at 3m was established by adding the meter reading of the spectrum analyzer (which is set to read in units of dBuV) to the antenna correction factor supplied by the antenna manufacturer. The antenna correction factors are stated in terms of dB. The gain of the preselector was accounted for in the spectrum analyzer meter reading. Example: Freq (MHz) Meter Reading + ACF +CL = FS 33 20 dBuV + 10.36 dB/m +0.40 dB =30.36 dBuV/m @ 3m ANSI C63.4-2003 Measurement Procedures: The DUT was placed on a table 80 cm high and with dimensions of 1mby 1.5m. The table used for radiated measurements is capable of continuous rotati…
