Featuring patented wireless technology, the Mobile FM Transmitter AFT-100-H10 is engineered to provide easy listening to your favorite tunes while on-the-road. The Mobile FM Transmitter AFT-100-H10 sends high-fidelity stereo signals from the H10 family of Audio Jukebox Players to a car FM radio or stereo that is within 15 feet. Simple and convenient, the Mobile FM Transmitter AFT-100-H10 transmits all FM frequencies and simultaneously charges the H10 player. The AFT-100-H10 works with any member of the H10 family of Audio Jukebox Players. WARRANTY INFORMATION BEFORE YOU BEGIN Read these instructions thoroughly before setting up your Mobile FM Transmitter AFT-100-H10. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT IT IS UNSAFE TO INSTALL AND TUNE UNIT WHILE VEHICLE IS IN MOTION. Thank you for purchasing an iriver America accessory. 1. Limited Warranty Conditions This iriver America accessory comes with a 90-day limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase from an authorized agent. The limited warranty is provided to the original owner only and is not transferable to any third party. Proof of purchase will be required for any limited warranty on iriver America accessories. iriver America's warranty covers only those defects which arise as a result of normal use of the accessory, and do not apply to any accessory: (i) which has been repaired or altered unless done or approved by iriver America, (ii) which has not been maintained in accordance with any operating or handling instructions provided by iriver America, (iii) which has been altered or damaged by accident; (iv) which has been subjected to unusual physical or electrical stress, misuse, abuse, power shortage, or negligence or (v) which has been used other than in accordance with the accessory operating and handling instructions. 2. Limited Warranty Coverage Subject to the above conditions, only from the original date of purchase, for exchange of any defective iriver America accessory which is covered by iriver America's warranty. Within this duration, if iriver America receives notice of defect in any iriver America accessory which is covered by iriver America's warranty, iriver America shall either repair or replace the defective accessory at iriver America's option. iriver America shall have no obligation to repair or replace until the customer returns the defective accessory to iriver America according to the Warranty Procedure described at the iriver America web site: www.iriveramerica.com 3. Limitation of Warranty Neither iriver America nor its third party suppliers make any other warranty or condition of any kind whether expressed or implied, with respect to the iriver America products, and specifically disclaim the implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, and fitness for a particular purpose. 4. Limitation of Liability Except for the limited obligations specifically set forth in this warranty statement, in no event shall iriver America or its third party suppliers be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory and whether advised of the possibilities of such damages. AFT-100-H10 SETUP PROCEDURE Setting up your Mobile FM Transmitter AFT-100-H10 is an easy procedure. Simply: 1. Insert the FM Transmitter AFT-100-H10 into the automobile cigarette lighter or power socket. Firmly push the unit securely into the socket. 2. Tune your car’s FM stereo to an unused FM frequency. 3. Plug the connector end of the cable into the mating connector on the underside of the H10 player. Squeeze the sides of the connector to release from the H10. 4. Start your personal audio device. Your Mobile FM Transmitter AFT-100-H10 will turn on instantly when audio is detected. 5. Select the frequency from Step 2 above using the selector arrows ( ) on the front of your Mobile FM Transmitter AFT-100-H10. 6. Adjust the volume on your audio player for maximum enjoyment. Best results will generally be achieved if the volume level is set to maximum. THE AFT-100-H10 WORKS OPTIMALLY WHEN THE H10 FIRMWARE IS UPGRADED TO THE LATEST VERSION AND THE LINE OUT LEVEL IS FIXED.
