Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 o f the FCC rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residentia l installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guar antee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to r adio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures: ‐Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. ‐ Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver. ‐ Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected. ‐ Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help. You are cautioned that changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void your authority to operate the equipment. FCC RF Radiation Exposure Statement: 1. This Transmitter must not be co‐ located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. 2. This equipment complies with FCC RF radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. This equipm ent should be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20 centimeters between the radiator and your body. According to FCC 15.407(e), the device is intended to operate in the frequency band of 5.15GHz to 5.25GHz under all conditions of normal operation. Normal operation of this device is restricted to indoor used only to reduce any potenti al for harmful interference to co‐channel MSS operations. Information to OEM integrator The OEM integrator has to be aware not to provide information to the end user regarding how to install or remove thi s RF module in the user manual of the end product. The user manual which is provided by OEM integrators for end us ers must include the following information in a prominent location. 1. To comply with IC RF exposure compliance requirements, the antenna used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter, except in accordance with IC multi‐transmitter product transmitter product procedures. 2. Only those antennas with same type and lesser gain filed under this IC ID number can be used with this device. 3. The regulatory label on the final system must include the statement: “Contains IC ID: xxxx “. 4. The final system integrator must ensure there is no instruction provided in the user manual or customer documenta tion indicating how to install or remove the transmitter module except such device has implemented two ways authentication between module and the host system. 5. If the end product integrating this module is going to be operated in 5.15 ~5.25GHz frequency range, the warning statement in the user manual of the end product should include the restriction of operating this device in indoor could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.

The physical crystal and tuning capacitors may be located external to the shielded radio elements. The modular have RF own shielding Y 2 The modular transmitter must have buffered modulation/data inputs (if such inputs are provided) to ensure that the module will comply with Part 15 requirements under conditions of excessive data rates or over-modulation. The modular transmitter have buffered modulation/data inputs Y 3 The modular transmitter must have its own power supply regulation. The module contains its own power supply regulation. Please refer to the schematic. Y 4 The modular transmitter must comply with the antenna and transmission system requirements of Sections 15.203, 15.204(b) and 15.204(c). The antenna must either be permanently attached or employ a “unique” antenna coupler (at all connections between the module and the antenna, including the cable). The “professional installation” provision of Section 15.203 is not applicable to modules but can apply to limited modular approvals under paragraph (b) of this section. The modular must to built-in PIFA applicant together and transmission system requirements of Sections 15.203, 15.204(b) and 15.204(c). Y 5 The modular transmitter must be tested in a stand-alone configuration, i.e., the module must not be inside another device during testing for compliance with Part 15 requirements. Unless the transmitter module will be battery powered, it must comply with the AC line conducted requirements found in Section 15.207. AC or DC power lines and data input/output lines connected to the module must not contain ferrites, unless they will be marketed with the module (see Section 15.27(a)). The length of these lines shall be the length typical of actual use or, if that length is unknown, at least 10 centimeters to insure that there is no coupling between The EUT module can’t be operated by its own due to its power-less characteristic and hence needs external power supply to make it function. Under testing condition, no matter in pure verification or manufacturing stage, the specified test fixture must be provided to help testing the function and performance of the EUT sample. Y the case of the module and supporting equipment. Any accessories, peripherals, or support equipment connected to the module during testing shall be unmodified and commercially available (see Section 15.31(i)). 6 The modular transmitter must be equipped with either a permanently affixed label or must be capable of electronically displaying its FCC identification number. (A) If using a permanently affixed label, the modular transmitter must be labeled with its own FCC identification number, and, if the FCC identification number is not visible when the module is installed inside another device, then the outside of the device into which the module is installed must also display a label referring to the enclosed module. This exterior label can use wording such as the following: “Contains Transmitter Module FCC ID: XYZMODEL1” or “Contains FCC ID: XYZMODEL1.” Any similar wording that expresses the same meaning may be used. The Grantee may either provide such a label, an example of which must be included in the application for equipment authorization, or, must provide adequate instructions along with the module which explain this requirement. In the latter case, a copy of these instructions must be included in the application for equipment authorization. (B) If the modular transmitter uses an electronic display of the FCC identification number, the information must be readily accessible and visible on the modular transmitter or on the device in which it is installed. If the module is installed inside another device, then the outside of the device into which the module is installed must display a label referring to the enclosed module. This exterior label can use wording such as the following: “Contains FCC certified transmitter module(s).” Any similar wording that expresses the same meaning may be used. The user manual must include instructions on how to access the electronic display. A copy of these instructions must be included in the application for equipment authorization. The FCC identification number can put on the modular with either a permanently affixed label Y 7 The modular transmitter must comply with any specific rules or operating requirements that ordinarily apply to a complete transmitter and the manufacturer must provide adequate instructions along with the module to explain any such requirements. A copy of these instructions must be included in the The modular have specific rules or operating requirements Y
