The T201 tags can be attached to any mobile object or asset, and can be carried by people as well. The Ekahau Positioning Engine software continuously reports the tag coordinates, area, heading, and speed within the Wi-Fi coverage area both indoors and outdoors. y Works with standard 802.11b and 802.11g Wi-Fi networks y Configurable button, motion, and periodic location reporting parameters y Two status indication LED and for helping in locating the tag y Buzzer for audio signals for helping in locating the tag y Intelligent battery-life management with motion sensor y Ekahau Manager application for creating and testing location- specific Positioning Models for accurate tracking y High-performance Positioning Engine for solving several hundred locations per second y Flexible Java™ and Ekahau YAX™ application interfaces for quickly integrating the location information with external party applications. 5 The T201 splash proof enclosure has a power / call button, two status LEDs, buzzer and a configuration /charging port. Test Report

Ekahau T201 Wi-Fi Tag is a small active radio tag for tracking and finding people and assets. Once attached to an asset or carried by a person the target can be accurately tracked with the Ekahau RTLS platform within the coverage of an 802.11 network. It is most suitable for tracking equipment, personnel or patients in hospitals, manufacturing plants or in any other industry where knowledge of the actual and up-to-date location can improve efficiency and safety. The T201 tag features an audio buzzer and two red/green LEDs that help to distin - guish the tag location. For security applications the call-button enables sending alerts, including the location of the alerter, to security personnel or caregivers. The tag’s small size, long battery-life and multiple mounting options make its use care-free in all types of applications. Monitoring continuous, and precise, location information of mobile people and assets has never been this easy. Hello Monica, I have few questions regarding this application 1) RF Exposure statement states according to manufacturer the Duty cycle is 2.76%. Please attach manufacturers justification. 2) a) RF Exposure statement States " manual recommends the operator not be any closure than 0.5cm from transmitting antenna" . Can you please give me pointers. (Page number or Para number etc for this. I did not find this in the user manual). b) Please let me know how this device is carried, are there any carrying cases/ holsters for this device, if so please attach photo and details of such accessories. 3) Please provide details of the antenna used along with picture. 4) Internal photos should show details all components shields removed. Can you accept below stated explanation or do you need a signed document from the manufacturer stating the justification? "Packet send times calculations - sending a Probe request does takes more like 0,45 milliseconds, and sending 1500 Byte UDP packet takes in worst case (1Mbs) about 12 milliseconds. Thus we can conclude to the following worst case calculation: T201 is in calibrate mode triggering 3 Probe Requests and one at most 1500 byte UDP packet send every second. Thus 360*3*13 = 14040 Probe Requests and 360 UDP packets are sent in 6 minutes. The RF is then on for 14040*0,4 ms + 360*12 ms = 9936 ms. Thus in worst case scenario RF is on for (9,936 s / 360 s) * 100 % = 2,76%." The manucaturer also have following comments to the SAR calculation "Have you taken into account antenna position in T201 in your calculation?
