FCC ID: TNE-450LMA1 MODEL: TELERANGE This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the condition that this device does not cause harmful interference. IC ID: 6145A-450LMA1 MAGNETEK
Operational Description The 450 MHz Band Telerange RF module is used in receive mode only. The microprocessor communicates with the CC1020 radio via SPI and UART to receive data communication over the air. Data is FSK-modulated on a carrier frequency from 450 to 470MHz. The CC1020 uses an internal mixing circuit with an IF of 307.2KHz. This module uses a Larsen LM450C-W155 external antenna with a gain of 3.4dBd /5.6dBi.

Compliance with the provisions of the paragraph shall be based on the measurement of the radio frequency voltage between each power line and ground at the power terminal. The lower limit applies at the band edges. IC RSS-GEN, Section 7.2.2 - Transmitter and Receiver AC Power Lines Conducted Emissions Limits The purpose of this test is to measure unwanted radio frequency currents induced in any AC conductor external to the equipment which could conduct interference to other equipment via the AC electrical network. Except when the requirements applicable to a given device state otherwise, for any liscense-exempt radio communication device equipped to operate from the public utility AC power supply, either directly or indirectly, the radio frequency voltage that is conducted back onto the AC power lines in the frequency range of 0.15 MHz to 30 MHz shall not exceed the limits shown in Table 1. The tighter limit applies at the frequency range boundaries. The conducted emissions shall be measured with a 50 ohm/50 microhenry line impedance stabilization network. Table 1 - Conducted Emission Limits Conducted Limit (dBμV) Frequency of Emission (MHz) Quasi-Peak Average 0.15 to 0.5 66 to 56* 56 to 46* 0.5 to 5 56 46 5 to 30 60 50 *Decreases due to logarithm of the frequency • Results: The conducted emissions observed did not exceed the limits specified in Table 1. IC RSS-GEN, 7.2.3 - Receiver Spurious Emission Limits Receiver spurious emissions at any discrete frequency shall not exceed 2 nanowatts in the band 30-1000 MHz, or 5 nanowatts above 1 GHz. All spurious emissions shall comply with the limits specified in Table 2. Retlif Testing Laboratories Test Report Number R-1452P-1, Magnetek FCC ID: TNE-450LMA1, IC: 6145A-450LMA1 Page 5 of 14 General Notes 1. All readings were taken utilizing a quasi-peak detector and peak detector function at a test distance of 3 meters. 2. All measurements were made with the device powered an input of 120 VAC, 60 Hz. 3. The frequency range was scanned from 30 MHz to 2 GHz. All emissions not reported were more than 20 dB below the specified limit. Modifications No Modifications were made during the course of this testing program in order to demonstrate compliance with the specified requirements.
