Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment. The regulatory label on the final system must include the statement: "Contains FCC ID: VIYHRM1086" or using electronic labelling method as documented in KDB 784748. The OEM integrators shall be responsible for testing and evaluation for any additional compliance requirements required under regulations of each region with their finished product that is installed this module. (for example:EMC, safety, etc) The OEM integrators must select either DC / DC regulator or LDO regulator from the product's internal power supply by the software. The modular transmitter is only FCC authorized for the specific rule parts (i.e., FCC part 15 Subpart C) listed on the grant, and the host product manufacturer is responsible for compliance to any other FCC rules that apply to the host not covered by the modular transmitter grant of certification. The final host product still requires Part 15 Subpart B compliance testing with the modular transmitter installed. Do not modify the antenna or any other part of the module. Any modifications will invalidate the modular certifications and require new approvals for the host system. Single Modular Approval. Output power listed is Conducted(Peak). Separate evaluation must be required for any portable configuration. When used in mobile applications, the module antenna(s) must be installed to meet the RF exposure compliance separation distance of 20 cm and any additional testing and authorization process as required. Compliance of this device in all final host configurations is the responsibility of the Grantee. The host integrator must follow the integration instructions provided by the module manufacturer and ensure that the composite-system end product complies with the FCC requirements by a technical assessment or evaluation to the FCC rules and to KDB Publication 996369. The host integrator is instructed to ensure that the end user has no manual instructions to remove or install the device. Co-location of this module with other transmitters that operate simultaneously are required to be evaluated using the FCC multi-transmitter procedures. This device has a 1 MHz and 2 MHz bandwidth modes.
