After SetPoint™ is installed, use the SetPoint™ control panel to select options and assign features. Open the control panel by clicking the Logitech® logo that appears in your taskbar. Troubleshooting Mouse Not Working. 1. Manually turn on the mouse by pressing and holding the Power button briefly. 2. Check Micro Receiver connection; try inserting Micro Receiver in another USB port on your computer. 3. Check battery installation, or replace battery if required. The battery LED will turn red when the battery needs to be replaced. 4. You may need to change the wireless channel by pressing the power button for 5 seconds. The LED will blink to indicate the channel has been changed.
