Operation 1. Put the detector at place where you want, within the flood sensor detection range when where is leaking all over the place, and both the two probes detect water at the same time, the sensor will be triggered and send signal to your receiver. 2. Normal operation, the LED will not light. 3. If the cover of sensor is removed, the tamper switch will send signal according the Status/Signal table, and the LED will go flash once. Fix the detector on position you want, using the screws to fix it on the wall or floor. 2. Unscrew the screw fastening the rear cover and slide the rear cover down and Insert a CR123A battery into the battery compartment and LED will start to flashing, which means the sensor has send alarm report signal. 3. Slide back the rear cover and screw fastening with the front cover, the LED should go off. 4. Put the main part at higher place for better RF range, and then use the adhesive tape to fix the main part on the wall. -2-

WLS1300 WATER LEAK SENSOR Operational Description The WLS1300 WATER LEAK SENSOR transmitter is a low powered, fixed unit for remote controlling the home security feature. See the function descriptions in attached. A 3VDC battery powers the transmitter. It is designed to operate on a single fixed frequency at 433.92MHz ± 150 kHz. See the attached block diagram and schematic. There are two triggers the integrated circuit (U1) that produces the digital control signals and will modulate the carrier signal (ASK). SAW Resonator generates the carrier signal / amplifier circuit comprised of X1 and transmitter IC (U2). The modulated output of the RF stage is coupled to the helical antenna. The Antenna is attached on helical antenna permanently around 20 mm. The transmitter is manually operated by the external cable switch (SW3) and COVER switch (SW1A) pushed momentarily within 0.2 second and will automatically deactivate send signal to receiver. This feature is incorporated by the U1 internally. All tuning and verification are performed by the manufacture and there are user can make no adjustments.
