Output power is ERP for Part 22H and EIRP for Part 24E. SAR compliance has been established for direct laptop and USB cable plug-in configurations with a separation distance of 0.5 cm between the particular dongle orientation and flat phantom. This device was tested for SAR compliance for use in notebook computers with connector configurations as described in this filing, and can be used with notebook computers with the same operating configurations and exposure conditions, with only minor configuration and construction differences. Compliance of this device in all final host configurations is the responsibility of the Grantee. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter within a host device, except in accordance with FCC multi-transmitter product guidelines. End-users must be informed of the body-worn operating requirements for satisfying RF exposure compliance. The highest reported SAR for body-worn accessory use condition is 1.20 W/kg.
