The test button should be facing the floor 3.When attaching the detector to the base, match up to the alignment mark and turn clockwise FUNCTIONAL TEST: Push the test button for 2 seconds and then release. The red LED will light while the button is pressed. The green LED will blink once to indicate that the unit is in auto test mode for 90 seconds. 1.Use a glass break simulator to test the unit. LED will flash green first then will flash LED to indicate the glass breaking. WIRELESS RANGE TEST: Push and hold the test button for 5 seconds and release, The LED will flash while the button is pressed. The green LED will blink twice to indicate that the unit is in RF test mode for 90 seconds.
