According to 15.231(a), periodic transmissions at regular predetermined intervals are not permitted. Please confirm it won't transmit at regular predetermined intervals. Otherwise, it should also comply with 15.231(e) requirement as below: Devices operated under the provisions of this paragraph shall be provided with a means for automatically limiting operation so that the duration of each transmission shall not be greater than one second and the silent period between transmissions shall be at least 30 times the duration of the transmission but in no case less than 10 seconds. Please explain and provide necessary technical documents to show the compliance. <CCS ANSWER:> The client has confirmed that the "low battery detect" information is usually for security devices and it should not have listed on the user manual. He has also confirmed that the device will not transmit at regular predetermined intervals. The client has removed the low power battery detection information from the manual. The revised user manual is attached. Q#2: Operational description is talking about how the Power-Lynx wireless pump works but less information regarding how the remote control transmits. Please provide the operation regarding this remote control. <CCS ANSWER:> The client also does not have detailed operation description of the remote control. It is basically a straight forward kind of device, on and off buttons to the Power-Lynx. The Power-Lynx incorporates a built in wireless RF receiver that allows a user to control the water feature from up to 100 feet. Please advise if you need anything further.
