Andrew Corporation, FCC ID: S8L-OBEMICRO1, Assessment NO.: AN08T7667, Notice#1 Inbox X Active X from [email protected] to Wei Li <[email protected]>, cc [email protected], date Mon, Mar 24, 2008 at 1:51 PM subject Andrew Corporation, FCC ID: S8L-OBEMICRO1, Assessment NO.: AN08T7667, Notice#1 hide details 1:51 PM (22 hours ago) Reply Hi Wei, Please accept my apology that this one took so long. We had two reviewers away last week so there was a lot of work. The review of this application is complete. The only issue is that the contact in FCC database is Vince Dezuzio. Authorization and confidentiality letters are signed by Christoper Zappala. The authorization letter must be signed by person named in FCC database. Other letters must be signed by the contact named in teh FCC database, or by person(s) named in the authorization letter. Please either revise the signature on the letter(s) or update the contact information in the FCC database. Also please be advised that we may need to change the FCC equipment code from TNB to AMP. I am discussing this with Mike, but I don't think there is anything additional needed for this part. The IC application is complete as well and the grant will be issued with this one. I also see a new application just entered. It should not take long. The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of the original e-mail date may result in application dismissal and forfeiture of the filing fee. Also, please note that partial responses increase processing time and should not be submitted. Any questions about the content of this correspondence should be directed to the e-mail address listed below the name of the sender. The authorization letter can list more than one name so if others at Andrew or ACL will need to sign letters then show all of them on the authorization letter. There is still some question at FCC if it is ok to list a company name (e.g ACL) so it is best to list names of specific individual(s) for now. FCC has shown a recent interest in this and will take action, possibly dismissing grants, if we do not follow this strictly.
