Please note that further comments may arise in response to answers provided to the questions below. 1. Please note that the 731 states the operating frequency range for the device is 2414 to 2468MHz. Please note that the device was only tested from 2428MHz to 2468MHz. Please either provide the low channel (2414MHz) data, or please correct the documentation to show operation from 2428- 2468MHz. 2. Please note that the manual states the device is 2mW for US market. Please note that, unless the antenna has significant loss, it is most likely that a 2mw device would not pass 15.249 limits. Please also note that the test data shows a significantly less power out than 2mW. Please address this issue and please correct the power levels advertised to be in line with power levels that would comply with 15.249 if necessary. 3. Please note that the manual states the bandwidth of the device is 18MHz. Please note that the report does not support this. Please correct so the report and other documentation agree.
