For the details about this module, please refer to the specification sheet of module. This module should be installed in the host device according to the interface specification (installation procedure). Part 15 Subpart F The modular transmitter is only FCC authorized for the specific rule parts (i.e., FCC transmitter rules) listed on the grant, and the host product manufacturer is responsible for compliance to any other FCC rules that apply to the host not covered by the modular transmitter grant of certification. The final host product still requires Part 15 Subpart B compliance testing with the modular transmitter installed. Antenna Change Notice to Host manufacturer If you desire to increase antenna gain and either change antenna type or use same antenna type certified, a Class II permissive change application is required to be filed by us, or you(host manufacturer) can take responsibility through the change in FCC ID(new application) procedure followed by a Class II permissive change application. The host integrator installing this module into their product must ensure that the final composite product complies with the FCC requirements by a technical assessment or evaluation to the FCC rules, including the transmitter operation and should refer to guidance in KDB 996369. Antennas mounted on outdoor structures such as, antennas mounted on the outside of a building or on a telephone pole, or any fixed outdoors infrastructure are prohibited for use with this device.
