User’s manual Product: Communication Module Model: VZ For OEM integration only – device ca nnot be sold to general public. Therefore we will not supply the User’s manual, the installation manual is the offi cial for OEM. FCC ID: VPYLBVZ IC: 772C-LBVZ We will ask OEM to includ e the following Notices requ ired by FCC/ IC on th e product and in the User’s manual. ■ Requirement of Labeling (For FCC) Please describe the following item on the host device of the this module: Contains Transmitter Module FCC ID: VPYLBVZ or Contains FCC ID: VPYLBVZ This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. (For IC) Please describe the following item on the host device of the this module: Contains Transmitter Module IC: 772C-LBVZ or Contains IC: 772C-LBVZ ■ Requirement of User’s Manual Statement (For FCC) User’s manual shall contain following sentence FCC CAUTION Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to oper ate the equipment. This transmitter must not be co-located or operated in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. When installing in Mobile device This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment and meets the FCC radio frequency (RF) Exposure Guidelines in Supplement C to OET65. This equipment has very low levels of RF energy that it deemed to comply without maximum permissive exposure evaluation (MPE). But it is desirable that it should be installed and operated keep ing the radiator at least 20cm or more away from person’s body (excluding extremities: hands, wrists, feet and ankles). When installing in Portable device This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment and meets the FCC radio frequency (RF) Exposure Guidelines in Supplement C to OET65. This equipment has very low levels of RF energy that are deemed to comply without testing of specific absorption ratio (SAR). * Portable device: Distance between the person's body and the antenna is 20cm or less. * Mobile device: Distance between the person's body and the antenna is more than 20cm.
