Output power listed is ERP for Part 22, 27, 22H/90S, and 90R for frequencies below 1 GHz, and EIRP for Part 24 and 27 for frequencies above 1 GHz, and conducted for Part 90S. The maximum Part 90.635(b) conducted power for LTE B26 operations at 15 MHz Bandwidth is 0.336 W. SAR compliance for body-worn operations is limited to the specific configurations tested for this filing. Body-worn operations are restricted to belt-clips, holsters or similar accessories that have no metallic component in the assembly and must provide at least 1.5 cm separation between the device and the user's body. End-users must be informed of the body-worn operating requirements for satisfying RF exposure. This device supports bandwidths of 1.4/3/5/10 MHz for LTE Bands 5/12, bandwidths of 5/10 MHz for LTE Bands 13/14/30, bandwidths of 1.4/3/5/10/15 MHz for LTE Band 26, bandwidths of 1.4/3/5/10/15/20 MHz for LTE Bands 4/66/2/25, bandwidths of 5/10/15/20 MHz for LTE Bands 71/7/38/41. This device supports bandwidths of 5/10/15/20 MHz for NR bands n5/n71/n2, bandwidths 5/10/15/20/25/30/40 MHz for NR band n25, bandwidths 5/10/15/20/30/40 MHz for NR band n66, bandwidths 5/10 MHz for NR band n30, bandwidths of 5/10/15 MHz for NR band n12, bandwidths of 20/30/40/50/60/70/80/90/100 MHz for NR band n77, and bandwidths of 20/30/40/50/60/80/90/100 MHz for NR band n41. The highest reported SAR for head, body-worn accessory, product specific (wireless router), simultaneous transmission and product specific (phablet) use conditions is 0.77 W/kg, 1.02 W/kg, 1.16 W/kg, 1.59 W/kg, and 3.15 W/kg, respectively. HAC Rating: M3 T3 - 2011 T-coil 5G sub 6 bands appraised as equivalent LTE connections. This device also contains functions that are not operational in US Territories. This filing is only applicable for US operations.
